Do you have an iPad and want to learn how to make the most of it? Why not come and see us on Monday 28 August in Glasgow?

Family Fund, in partnership with Differabled Scotland, are holding a free training session for families raising seriously ill or disabled children to help you understand more about how your iPad works (or at least keep up with your children!) Our Apple Education Trainer will be running the workshop at 6.45pm which will cover some, or all, of the following:

  • Customising your iPad to address any vision, hearing, motor and learning needs of your child
  • Parental controls and guided access
  • Locating and accessing resources
  • Using built-in apps to develop reading, writing, speaking and research skills.

The trainer will be available after the workshop to help with any difficulties you might be experiencing when using your iPad, and to answer any iPad-related questions you have.
