After getting your grant award letter or email, you will have six months to spend your grant.
You can order your sensory toys and equipment over the phone, or online, and will need the unique code shown on your grant award letter.
To order online, please go to learningspaceuk.co.uk. You’ll need to sign in with your email address. Then, you will receive a one time use code to access the account. Your grant value will already be available in the account to use for orders.
To order by phone, call 028 9031 9360 quoting the unique code found on your award letter. Trained staff will discuss your needs and recommend suitable products from their range.
Frequently asked questions
You must use your award within six months from the date of your Family Fund award letter. Any unused funds will be credited back to Family Fund.
If you lose your award letter, containing your unique reference number, please contact us to request a new copy.
No. You can buy a few cheaper items, at different times, as long as these are within the six-month period. Please bear in mind you will have to pay a delivery charge every time.
If your order comes to more than your grant value you will need to pay the extra costs yourself, at the time of ordering.
