Our workforce

The Family Fund has 50 staff based in York who manage and administer the Fund across the UK.

Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales have their own Country Development Managers; and there are five Regional Development Managers covering the English regions.  They are all home-based.

There are around 180 self-employed Advisors based throughout the UK, who carry out assessments with families either by home visit or by telephone.
