Applying for the first time

To make a first application:

• Please download the application pack. Click here
• Complete the forms
• You can request up to three items. Please make sure you number your requests in order of importance to you (number 1 being most important).
• Send the application pack with the requested information to the Family Fund

It will help us to process your application more quickly if you send us all the information we ask for with your application.

All grants are discretionary and subject to available funding. We may not be able to help with everything you ask for.
