Grandparents Network reaches semi-finals

6th July 2012 from Family Fund

The Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Network are please to have reached the semi-finals of The National Lottery Awards. The Awards are an annual search to find the UK’s favourite Lottery-funded projects, and they aim to celebrate and recognise the difference that those projects have made to people, places and communities all across the UK.The Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Network, run by Grandparents Plus, is competing against nine other projects for the title of Best Charity Project.

They would really appreciate your vote and your help in spreading the word about the Awards. It could be a great opportunity to raise awareness of kinship care as they could get the chance to appear on a BBC One show later in the year.
