We are a small team delivering a large number of grants to families every year. There are 50 people employed at our offices in York. We also employ 9 Country/Regional Development Managers who are based around the UK to advise the 200 self employed Family Fund Advisers carrying out assessments of need throughout the country.

The Fund’s employees receive generous holiday entitlement plus bank holidays, sick pay and are eligible to join our pension scheme, to which the Fund contributes. We also run various occupational health initiatives to ensure the health and well being of our staff.
